Starlings are well known for their 'mob-handed' approach to garden feeding, and this was captured wonderfully by Linda Maddock on the Isles of Scilly. We estimate that this bird table measures about 12 x 4 Starlings, which means that there could be some 48 of these birds on the bottom layer alone!
