WeBS has a leaflet, ‘Do you want to make your bird watching count?’, aimed at informing and encouraging new volunteers to WeBS.
These leaflets act as an introduction to WeBS, describing what WeBS is, the aims of WeBS and how the data is used to inform conservation. There is also a section on how to get involved, with a form for volunteers to input their personal details which they can rip out and send to the WeBS Office, to express their interest in participating.
