Contact your Regional Organiser
If you would like to get involved in the BBS please contact your Regional Organiser (RO) using the link below.
The system will use your postcode to identify your Regional Organiser, and will provide a message box to fill in details about where your live, your bird ID knowledge and how far you are willing to travel. This message will be sent as an email to your RO, who will then get in touch using the contact details you provide. If you don't hear back from your RO please email bbs [at] bto.org.
Your BBS RO is often the same person as your BTO Regional Representative (RR), though this is not the case in all regions.
Once you have made contact with your RO, you will discuss with the RO whether the BBS is suitable for you, and whether there is a suitable survey site nearby. Once you are agreed, the RO will allocate you a BBS square and send you the relevant survey forms and instructions.
