Join BTO Youth for a nature walk around the RHS Garden Hyde Hall and an introduction to hides, guided by Youth Representative Rhys.

Join BTO Youth Representative Rhys for a nature walk around the stunning RHS Garden Hyde Hall, based in Chelmsford, Essex. This event will be a great insight into bird identification, the importance of hides, and an opportunity to explore areas designed for nature. Making the most of this beautiful site, Rhys will also lead a guided meditation.

Toilets are located at the start of the walk and the Clover Cafe is next to the car park. The walk will be approximately two hours with a break in the hide, and on off-road and slightly hilly terrain. An alternative main route can be used by wheelchair users and those with mobility issues, if necessary.

This event is run with the support of BTO. Any questions or to get in touch with the organisers please email youth [at] bto.org. Any questions around site accessibility for wheelchair users please read the detailed guide.

Please note that this event is free to attend and entry fees will be paid for by BTO Youth. Notify the team if you are already an RHS Member and gain free access.

This event is open to 18–25-year-olds only.
