Discover why and how to log your sightings in BirdTrack with the BirdTrack Organiser, Scott Mayson.

In this free live session, Scott will give a short presentation about why recording your sightings in BirdTrack is so valuable for science and conservation, then a live demonstration of the online system and the smartphone app. This will last about 50 minutes, after which there will be the chance for you to ask any questions that weren't answered during the session. We'll be using the Zoom platform, and you'll be able to interact with other BirdTrack-savvy staff via Zoom's chat messaging tool.

In order to participate you will need:

  • broadband of sufficient speed to view live video.
  • a computer with sound and ideally a webcam, or a tablet/smartphone.
