Join BTO's Youth Representatives to find out why seagulls don't exist, and why they are not the villains they are made out to be.

Did you know there is no such thing as a seagull? Gulls are often vilified in the press, but many gull species are actually in decline. Youth Representative Mark Pitt will help you better understand the wide array of gull species, and why they are so important.

This event is part of the 12-part BTO Youth's Birding 101 series. Find out more about the series and other sessions here

Please note that this event is open to under 25-year-olds only and will take place on Zoom. Participants under 13 will need to fill in a consent form with their parent(s)/carer(s) and send this to BTO before the event.
