Join BTO's Youth Representatives to learn how to recognise some of the more common birds by song and call.

At this stage, you’ll already have learned how to identify some birds by sound. But how do you hone this skill even further? Winter is a great time to get started, as not many birds are singing yet, so you can become familiar with our most vocal species first. Youth Representative Lizzie Waring will help you get your ear in.

This event is part of the 12-part BTO Youth's Birding 101 series. Find out more about the series and other sessions here

Please note that this event is open to under 25-year-olds only and will take place on Zoom. Participants under 13 will need to fill in a consent form with their parent(s)/carer(s) and send this to BTO before the event.
