Get involved with Garden BirdWatch

Join thousands of Garden BirdWatchers (GBW) and help BTO understand how birds and other wildlife use garden habitats across the UK. You can take part in GBW for free — by recording birds and other wildlife in your garden — and you can also support the project with your own subscription or as a gift for someone else.

Take part for free!

You can get started straight away and begin recording the birds and other wildlife you see in your garden. You don’t need to be an expert, just record the birds and other wildlife you recognise.
