Request equipment form

If you would like to be considered to receive items as part of the scheme, please fill out our short form and the BTO Youth team will be in touch soon. 

The scheme is currently available for: Schools from Years 3-13 where applications can be made for year groups or school clubs with an environmental focus; University clubs and societies with an environmental focus; Individuals aged 11-21 who do not already own binoculars or other requested equipment.

If you are under the age of 16, you will need a parent/guardian to fill in the form for you. If you would prefer to apply for the scheme in another format, please get in touch. For these and other questions, please email youth@bto.org.

As part of the scheme, we would like to check in with you after receiving the items to see how you are getting on with them - may we contact you for this purpose?
May we use your response and images to promote the scheme?
We may ask if you could send photographs or text describing how the items have benefited you after you have received them. Would you be happy for any photographs to be shared with donors and/or used to promote the scheme (e.g. on the BTO website, BTO social media, or in print publications)?
