The State of Birds in Wales Report provides a current overview of the state of breeding and wintering bird populations in Wales, as well as information about recent conservation initiatives.
It is produced jointly by RSPB, BTO, Natural Resources Wales (NRW) and Welsh Ornithological Society (WOS).
The 2018 report includes an update of the latest Breeding Bird Survey (BBS) trends for terrestrial and freshwater species in Wales, as well as the latest Welsh Wetland Bird Survey (WeBS) trends for wintering waders, wildfowl and other waterbirds.
