At this talk for the North Wales RSPB local group, Gethin will highlight the international importance of Wales’ wetlands for some of our wintering birds.

Focusing primarily on wildfowl and waders, this talk will delve into their populations in Wales, their ecology, and the best places in the country to find them.

The talk will conclude with an introduction to BTO’s Wetland Bird Survey (WeBS) and how you can get involved in this valuable survey.
