Daniel currently works as the Birds in Greenspaces engagement officer within the Engagement Team at BTO. His main role includes developing and enhancing stakeholder relationships, amplifying participant voice, and connecting the project to wider UK initiatives. 

Interests and responsibilities

Daniel has experience in different types of community engagement methodologies, having worked across the health care sector for the NHS and local authority. In this role, he co-produced a report looking at the accessibility of health services for the Latin American community within a London borough. While completing his degree in Wildlife Conservation, he carried out his dissertation on comparing invertebrate taxa across three different habitats.

In his own time, Daniel loves exploring new places by walking and enjoys playing football; he is also a lifelong Chelsea supporter.
