This webinar will consist of one online session of 90 minutes. The online webinar will be run by BTO staff members Hazel McCambridge and Susan Jones.


During the free 90-minute webinar, we will be:

  • Looking at the behaviours of our most common garden nesting birds
  • Different types of nest boxes and best placement for them
  • How to provide natural nesting sites, food and nest materials to help birds thrive
  • Information on participating in Garden Birdwatch and Nesting Neighbours

There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you might have. In order to participate you will need:

  • broadband of sufficient speed to view live video
  • a computer with sound and ideally a webcam, or a tablet/smartphone.
