An introduction to the nesting birds you may encounter in your garden and how your garden can provide what they need.
This webinar will consist of one online session of 90 minutes. The online webinar will be run by BTO staff members Hazel McCambridge and Susan Jones.
During the free 90-minute webinar, we will be:
- Looking at the behaviours of our most common garden nesting birds
- Different types of nest boxes and best placement for them
- How to provide natural nesting sites, food and nest materials to help birds thrive
- Information on participating in Garden Birdwatch and Nesting Neighbours
There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you might have. In order to participate you will need:
- broadband of sufficient speed to view live video
- a computer with sound and ideally a webcam, or a tablet/smartphone.
