The Martin Garner Spurn Young Birder of the Year 2017 is open to aspiring young birders across the UK. The initial round involves an online questionnaire that explores the entrants' birding experience, record keeping and understanding of conservation issues.
If you know a young birder who will be 16 or under in September, they can take part in the competition by completing the online entry form. Finalists must be available to travel to Spurn on 9 September, and be accompanied by a responsible adult.
