Great news for any young people inspired by the fantastic work of the Bird Observatories, and the magical coastal locations they occupy. The BTO will provide a number of grants through the Young Bird Obs Volunteer Fund to support young people looking to visit one of the accredited British and Irish Bird Observatories. Priority will be given to applicants aged twenty-one or under who are able to get fully involved in fieldwork, and applications should be submitted by 30 June 2013.
