The specially protected species in Isle of Man are detailed in the Wildlife Act 1990 as amended by The Wildlife Act 1990 (Variation Of Schedules) Order 2004.
The BTO is not involved in the issue of disturbance licences in the Isle of Man.
Licenses are issued directly by the Manx Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
