Join BTO's Youth Representatives to find out which waterbirds you might be seeing on lakes, rivers and ponds near you.

Not all ducks are Mallards! Especially in winter, we can see a whole host of different waterbirds on lakes, rivers, ponds and reservoirs. Youth Representative Kate Fox will take you through their main identifying features and tell you more about our Wetland Bird Survey.

Please note that this event is open to under 25-year-olds only and will take place on Zoom. Participants under 13 will need to fill in a consent form with their parent(s)/carer(s) and send this to BTO before the event.
