Echoes from Cape Clear: A year in the life of an Irish island and its Bird Observatory

In 1968 Tom and Stephanie Green, from Oxford, spent a year as wardens on Cape Clear Island in Ireland. Recently they returned and this acted as a catalyst to putting down in print the engaging story of life as a warden in a remote location, the birds, the people, the highs and the lows. Delightful.
