AOL users and BTO Online Surveys If you are a BTO Online user and your Internet Service Provider is AOL, you may have encountered some problems gaining access to the various surveys on the BTO Server. We think this is due to AOL 'caching' commonly requested pages when internet traffic is low (ie. in the wee hours of the morning. Normally this would speed up your access to pages, but in this case, it prevents you getting to the BTO surveys at all. However, we have investigated the problem, and have a couple of remedies below. If you are still encountering problems after trying the fixes below, please email web support. For BTO Online Surveys, we strongly recommend using Internet Explorer over the AOL Browser. If you are encountering the same problem with Internet Explorer, we have found it can be resolved by doing the following: Go into Tools -> Internet Options. Make sure the 'General Tab' is
displayed. Double-click on 'My Computer' and go to the C:\Program Files\AOL8.0\Organise
