WeBS Online Terms and Conditions
1. You agree that any information you supply through WeBS Online is correct to the best of your knowledge.
2. You agree that any information you supply through WeBS Online can be disseminated according to the judgement of the WeBS Partners.
3. You agree that any information you obtain from WeBS Online will not be passed on to a third party without prior written permission from the WeBS Partners.
4. You agree that WeBS data will not be used in any presentation, publication, report, etc. without prior written permission from the WeBS Partners.
5. You agree that WeBS will be acknowledged in all uses of WeBS data, in publications, reports, papers, etc., as follows:
"Data were supplied by the Wetland Bird Survey (WeBS), a joint scheme of the British Trust for Ornithology, Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and Joint Nature Conservation Committee (the last on behalf of the statutory nature conservation bodies: Natural England, Natural Resources Wales and Scottish Natural Heritage and the Department of the Environment Northern Ireland) in association with The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust."
6. You accept that whilst every effort is made to ensure data held by the WeBS partners are correct, WeBS Partners cannot accept responsibility for any errors in data provided. You accept that WeBS Partners cannot be held responsible for any misuse or misinterpretation of WeBS data.
