Further Help for Nest Recorders

In addition to the feedback supplied to nest recorders in the annual ‘Nest Record News’ , registered observers are welcome to join the NRS Yahoo! Forum, a discussion group that utilises the well-established Yahoo! Groups website. The aim of the Forum is to enable and encourage the exchange of ideas and news amongst BTO nest recorders and ringers.

Since it was set up in July 2003, a wide variety of interesting discussions have been started. Recent threads have included information on finding Chaffinch nests, safe recording of Nuthatch nests and creating Willow Tit nestboxes, to name but three.

Please note that membership of the Forum is currently limited to licensed ringers and registered nest recorders and that all messages are moderated by the Nest Records Officer.
