Over the coming months we hope to add individual species accounts for most of the mammal species likely to be encountered in gardens across Britain & Ireland. Each of the accounts will cover ecology, behaviour, distribution, use made of gardens and, most importantly, identification. Those species names shown in bold are links to pages that have already been created.
