I head up the Membership Unit within the Membership and Development (M&D) Department, responsible for recruitment and retention of members, running the Regional Network and overall management of the BTO web site.
Research Interests/Responsibilities
My post entails planning and development of BTO membership recruitment, and providing organisational efficiency in order to serve members proficiently. Recruitment and servicing of Regional Network representatives, and managing the BTO web site.
